I’ve stayed away from writing about writing and epublishing for a while now for several reasons.

First of all, writing is a very individual process, so who am I to offer advice? What works for me may not work for someone else. It doesn’t even always work for me.

I wouldn’t dare to make comments on structure. To me, something is done when it sounds right, not when it fits a certain mold. And what sounds right differs from book to book and story to story.

I don’t have many editing tips and tricks. The only thing I do consistently when it comes to editing is complain about it.

I’ve got little to say regarding any debate of traditional vs. indie. When it comes to epublishing everyone is writing about it and I’m sure I haven’t much to add. Also, I don’t draw much distinction between published and epublished. It’s the story that matters to me. I don’t much care how it got to someone as long as they enjoyed it.

But, with all that being said, a lot of folks have asked for a peek at my process and to get my thoughts on writing, marketing and such. I’m willing to write about it if it’ll help. I’ll be  calling these posts Using My Words.

I’ll share what I think will help but if you’ve got specific questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Leave them in the comments or shoot me an email and I’ll get to them.

Thanks for reading.
